As’ad Ghanem hoofddocent en onderzoeker aan de afdeling Politieke Wetenschappen van de Universiteit van Haifa is 3 dagen in Nederland en geeft een lezing in Rotterdam!
As’ad Ghanem is een invloedrijke Palestijn met een uitgesproken mening die in zijn werk kwesties heeft behandeld zoals de Palestijnse politieke oriëntaties en de oprichting en politieke structuur van de Palestijnse Autoriteit. Ook heeft hij verschillende boeken geschreven en is hij voorstander van de One State solution.
Naast zijn werk aan de universiteit is hij mede directeur is van de Sikkuy Association. Sikkuy is een gedeelde Joods-Arabische NGO in Israël die projecten ontwikkelt en implementeert om de gelijkheid tussen Arabische en Joodse burgers van Israël te bevorderen.
As’ad zal een lezing geven over de apartheid en de situatie van de Palestijnen woonachtig in het gebied van 1948.

As’ad Ghanem senior lecturer and researcher at the Department of Political Science of the University of Haifa is in the Netherlands for 3 days and he will give a lecture in Rotterdam!
As’ad Ghanem is an influential Palestinian with strong opinions who has addressed issues such as Palestinian political orientations and the establishment and political structure of the Palestinian Authority in his work.
He has also written several books and is a proponent of the One State solution.
In addition to his work at the university, he is co-director of the Sikkuy Association. Sikkuy is a shared Jewish-Arab NGO in Israel that develops and implements projects to promote equality between Arab and Jewish citizens of Israel.
As’ad will give a lecture on apartheid and the situation of Palestinians living in the 1948 area.

أسعد غانم وهو كبير المحاضرين والباحثين في قسم العلوم السياسية بجامعة حيفا سيكون في هولندا لمدة 3 أيام وسيلقي محاضرة في روتردام!
أسعد غانم هو فلسطيني مؤثر وله آراء قوية حيث يتعامل في عمله مع قضايا مثل التوجهات السياسية الفلسطينية والتأسيس والهيكل السياسي للسلطة الفلسطينية.
كما كتب عدة كتب وهو من دعاة حل الدولة الواحدة.
بالإضافة إلى عمله في الجامعة ، فهو مدير مشارك لجمعية Sikkuy وهي منظمة غير حكومية يهودية عربية مشتركة في إسرائيل تقوم بتطوير وتنفيذ مشاريع لتعزيز المساواة بين المواطنين العرب واليهود في إسرائيل.
سيلقي أسعد محاضرة عن “الفصل العنصري ووضع الفلسطينيين الذين يعيشون في المنطقة منذ عام 1948”
